Stage 1 Drought Contingency Plan Initiated

Due to Moderate Drought conditions, Harris County MUD No. 319 has initiated Stage 1 of its Drought Contingency Plan. Under this plan, customers are encouraged to voluntarily reduce their water consumption by adhering to the following guidelines:

Outdoor water usage, including but not limited to use such as irrigation and car washing shall be limited as follows:

• Outdoor watering limited to three (3) days per week.
• No outdoor water use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

This plan will remain in effect until notice is given that it has been rescinded, or it may be replaced by a more stringent plan if water shortage conditions worsen. Please check our website for updates to this situation at www.regionalwater.net or call Regional Water Corporation at 281-897-9100.
